Q: How long will shipping take?

Q: What are the differences between the models?

A:

  • S1.0: 980z, Classic & affordable, ships to US/EU

  • S2.0(S2.1): 880z, Classic & high-capacity, ships to US/CA

  • S1.2: 680z, Upgraded & popular, ships to US/CA/EU

  • S2.2: 880z, Premium & high-performance, ships to US/CA/EU

A: This is the most common issue. Possible reasons include:

  • The machine has been stored for a long time, transported roughly, or placed upside down, causing a leak.

  • The liquid has a low sugar content (below 5%).

  • The container or stirrer blade is not installed properly.

  • The machine needs cleaning or has internal ice buildup.

A: We recommend:

  • Cleaning the container immediately after each use.

  • After using the “Clean” function, always rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water.

  • Hand washing the removable parts for a deeper clean.

A: “OP” means the container is not properly installed. To fix it:

  1. Check if the stirrer blade is securely attached.

  2. Slide the container over the stirrer blade and evaporator.

  3. Push the handle to lock the container in place.

A: Both codes relate to the sensor. Please:

  1. Turn off the machine.

  2. Unplug it.

  3. Wait a moment.

  4. Plug it back in and restart.
