Q: Why is my machine not making slush?
A: This is the most common issue. Possible reasons include:
The machine has been stored for a long time, transported roughly, or placed upside down, causing a leak.
The liquid has a low sugar content (below 5%).
The container or stirrer blade is not installed properly.
The machine needs cleaning or has internal ice buildup.
Q: The container is hard to clean and gets moldy easily. What can I do?
A: We recommend:
Cleaning the container immediately after each use.
After using the “Clean” function, always rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water.
Hand washing the removable parts for a deeper clean.
Q: What does the "OP" error code mean?
A: “OP” means the container is not properly installed. To fix it:
Check if the stirrer blade is securely attached.
Slide the container over the stirrer blade and evaporator.
Push the handle to lock the container in place.
Q: What should I do if the "E1" or "E2" error code appears?
A: Both codes relate to the sensor. Please:
Turn off the machine.
Unplug it.
Wait a moment.
Plug it back in and restart.
